At molpe we work as a team – the molpe-family team. The core pillars of our company are the mutual respect and appreciation that is upheld by the members of our team, contributing to a conducive work environment. Our molpe-family currently consists of 20 employees with different educational and professional backgrounds.
Our values
Work-Life balance is very important to us, we therefore regularly organize employee events with partners and their children.
We promote constructive and productive exchange of ideas not bound by hierarchical management structures – this is why we address each other by our first names and everyone is treated equally. Apart from the management team we do not have any supervisors.
We live and love traditions, e.g. our weekly Thursday “Döner Day”.
