Cellex manufacturing area
With "CellPrep" we have developed a computer-aided system in the GMP environment according to the requirements of GAMP 5 / Annex 11 which can represent a multi-level production process. The software consists of core modules and various add-ons that can be used and validated as needed. The generation of the Single European Code (SEC) and a standardized bar code concept (QR Code / ISBT128 code) ensure reliable and traceable coding.
Customer benefits
By using QR and barcodes errors due to manually entered data are reduced. This will increase the safety standard throughout the whole manufacturing process, as well as product and patient safety.
The user interface can be adjusted to the individual process requirements of the customer and subdivided into individual process sections. Dependencies and plausibility checks for critical process steps can be implemented within each section. The collection of production-relevant data, including any changes, is tracked by the audit trail. This ensures complete transparency and the reconstruction of each individual production step.

"CellDok" ensures that the cell product is transported to the patient as soon as possible after the extraction and in the safest way possible - no matter where it is picked up in the world.

Detailed planning of couriers is therefore very important: The couriers are automatically tracked via our individual tracking system, allowing appropriate actions to be taken accordingly in case of unscheduled delays due to train delays, traffic jams or other disruptive factors. Sections of the routes are confirmed by SMS, ensuring continuous tracking of medical transplants.

Cellex CAR study management
We have developed a modular software as a flexible application for Cellex that allows all involved process partners to monitor a patient's progress within a clinical study. The system is Annex11 / GMP compliant and acts as the central point of contact for patient assignment, transport tracking and batch documentation.

We have developed a LIMS (Laboratory Information and Management System) for the DKMS Life Science Lab in Dresden that covers the entire workflow of an HLA screening laboratory:
From the arrival of blood samples, swabs or DNA in the laboratory via aliquoting, isolation, PCR, sequencing, genotyping analysis to the dispatch of screening results.

"In 2009, we were looking for a software for the complete documentation of the extraction of stem cell materials from allogeneic and autologous donors.
We knew the company molpe from a previous project and we knew that they had been involved with DKMS and the university hospital in Dresden for years, so they are `the experts´. After a demonstration software presentation at our premises, we quickly realized that CellDok is exactly what we needed.
